Purchase Order and/or voucher numbers are appreciated when available. We'll invoice upon shipment, with payment due within 30 days.
Re-Ordering With Us
Please provide your book order (counts) to us via telephone, email, fax or mail. We'll want to confirm shipping and billing addresses.

Designing Your Custom Cover
Once you've considered content and graphics for your Reader covers, download the appropriate Cover Template PDF (below). Templates allow you to sketch in placement of content. (If sketching doesn't appeal, just email TWB a list of your text/graphic adds, referring to Areas A-E for placement.)
NB: Templates' boxed Areas A-E are relatively static for Grayscale customizations. Full-color customizations allow edits to existing color elements, making Areas A-E a bit more like "suggestions", not rigid requirements.
