Shipping 

     We ship most Canadian orders via UPS. 

 *Timing: Due to our north central location (Minneapolis MN), most orders are delivered within one week of our receipt of your order.

 *Customs: UPS, our shipper, can provide the required Canadian customs brokerage for your order. UPS will require payment for this additional service at time of delivery.

 *IF your program has a designated customs broker, please provide us with (1) your broker's name, (2) contact number and (3) your account number when you place your order so we can alert your broker when the shipment enters Canada. ALSO, ENSURE that your address is not among for which UPS holds a Power of Attorney (POA) to assume customs clearance duties and to charge you at time of delivery.

**Contact UPS (506-877-4877) PRIOR TO PLACING A TWB ORDER to confirm that UPS will NOT assume customs brokerage on your delivery address.

* If you are using a credit card, contact us before  placing your order so that we can calculate the cost of UPS shipping for your order and bill you correctly. 

Payment

*We accept payment in US$ only. 

*If your program has a US-based account, we'll send you an invoice after shipping your order, payable by check (US$) within 30 days.

 *If your program does not have a US-dollar account, we highly recommend using our website's credit-card ordering and payment option. As you may know, the exchange rate and associated fees available to credit-card transactions tend to be most favorable. (If your order doesn't fit neatly into our limited options for credit-card orders, please contact us (612-990-6011) so we can add your book quantity to our website's credit-card function.)
